From France Saint-Maximin accuses: "At Fenerbahce they doped me". The club threatens to sue

The accusations that Allan Saint-Maximin, guest of the French streamer Zack Nani, has launched against Fenerbahçe, the Turkish team where he played last season, are very serious, according to L'Equipe. The former Nice player criticized the environment surrounding the Istanbul team, coached by José Mourinho. "It is because of all these bad things - and it is sad for the fans because they do not deserve it - that Fener cannot become champion," he said, before giving a specific example. "They even wanted to dope me, to make you understand how serious the situation was. These are things that people do not know. You do not speak out because they threaten you behind the scenes. It goes beyond football."
Seeing his comments echoing on social media, the 28-year-old winger tried to calm things down: "I see things are taking a different turn on Twitter, so I'll clarify what I said.
I was talking about those people at the club who are ready to do anything. In my case, when I was sick, I was basically given a treatment that was considered doping. I don't know why this team of doctors did something like that."
The response arrived late in the evening, again on Fenerbahçe's X: "We have followed with dismay the recent statements made by Allan Saint-Maximin, who played for our club in the 2024-2025 season, on a social media platform. By distorting the facts regarding the medical treatment he received following a health issue, the player attempted to mislead the public and damage the reputation of our club. We hereby inform the public that we will exercise all our legal rights against these misleading statements and against any attempt to damage the reputation of our institution."
